application : This application is used to manage Rental company's activities. Think of a company which Rents equipments for events like Birthday, Anniversary, Grand Opening, Family Reunion. It can handles all operations of such company. Order taking, tracking payment, Delivery lists, Inventory tracking, Every think you may want. |

site creator : Actually this is a BIG project. We will need a separate website to describe this application. In short this is a tool to build entire sites using just few parameters. You enter a phrase, select if this will be a listing site of offline business or a listing site of web sites. Application will gather listings from other Yellow pages to build entire site listing all Offline business. It automatically divides the sites, cities as per your settings. If it is a listing site of Online web sites then, it will gather all the information about the site like PageRank, Number of backlinks, % keywords on the page, Thumbnail image of the index page of the site. This will enable you to select the site you want to add to the site. You can then select templates to to generate the html files. You can directly upload the pages to website using FTP. And there are many more features. |

hits : Imaging when you look at your web stats, see 1000 hits from a single referer. In short this is what it will do. |

maker : Simple but every feature packed application to create Display boards for educational purpose. You can insert images, text, shapes. Crate templates, designs. And off course print them. Image and text tools like rotation, resizing, mirror, zoom are available on tool bars. |

prescription tool : In short doctors used this to select appropriate exercise routine for Patient. It shows mages, description of the exercise. Doctors can print the prescription and give it to patient. Minimal clicks and data entry by doctors is the key feature. |

card designer : A very interesting application used to design playing cards. You can just design one card and it will generate a complete deck of cards. All image, drawing, text manipulation features are there in the application. |

Transfer system : This applications send and receives files from different locations on scheduled time, e\vents. File is transferred using phone lines, FTP, HTTP mode. User can set accounts and folders. |

tools / google adword seeker: It is a very ideal tool to add pages to your sited which will bring Adword revinew. It build pages specific to your search word phrases. You can specify HMTL templates, you can select from multiple search engines as data source. Popup pages, sponsor sections etc. |

(for sale by owner) tool : Set of two applications. This set helps home owners who are selling there property. Includes check lists for Pre sale, post sales. And complete time line of sale activity with tracking all events, alerts of a event dead lines etc. |
